This site is secure and trust worthy for the most part for what I can tell, I've bought 2 accounts and my friend has bought ZZZ, Genshin, Honkai accounts and they are up to standards. I do have a problem at least with this pack this may have been a mistake on their end but the Icon/Thumbnail on this purchase says "Umamusume Pretty Derby, Starter Account, Global, 140,000+ Carats" but the actual pack is 14k which was a mistake but the pack costs $2 so I didn't lose out on much from being misled, I did get the accounts and they both did have 14k + Carats.
