I got exactly what I paid for. Very quick. I assumed it was going to take a few hours for the account details to be sent but it actually happened within like 30 mins which surprised me a lot. Super happy since I got to wish for the character I wanted and her weapon. I have to say it’s a pretty good starter account.

This is a wonderful starter account if you have lost your account or other things have happened. But I do suggest you have friends to help you as most of the time the characters will be level 20😅

Support was very helpful when I was ordering the custom account and answered all my questions. And it did not come banned, you can change the email immediately as well as the password and ingot Camille's weapon too

First time buying a starter, was able to get Odette and the weapon. Received relatively quick and no issues so far. Only complaint would be the lack of at least one decently leveled character.. but I'm not sure if thats common for starters like this or not. Otherwise a great experience, likely will buy again
