Why can't I choose gender on certain products? (Genshin/Honkai)
Due to limited stock and our Instant Delivery system, we do not include gender options for certain products.

How can I play on Playstation? (Genshin/Honkai)
You will first need to bind your e-mail to the account. You can do this through the official hoyoverse website or through logging in from your mobile.
Once the e-mail is binded, create a new user profile on your Playstation and open up the game, it should ask you to login via e-mail and password.
Common Errors (Genshin/Honkai)
"Too many requests, try again later" (Unable to login)
This error usually appears when too many accounts were logged in. Each client will have a different type of problem so you can try the following methods:
✦ Change device/network/IP.
✦ Wait a few days and try again.
✦ Bind your email using the official hoyoverse website and log in via email.
"Too many requests, try again later" (Cant bind e-mail/change password)
If you get this error, you will need to wait 7 days before changing again, this is because you logged on from a new location/ip address (its a new security feature from the game company to protect accounts from phishing/hackers). But don't worry, your account is still safe and secure.
