1. Open the game
2. Tap the Support Center in the bottom-right corner
3. If you've already created an account in the game, tap Delete User Data to clear old info, then restart the game.
4. Choose Transfer Existing Data and select Bandai Namco ID Transfer.

1. Go to the official Bandai website: https://www.bandainamcoid.com
2. Log in with the email and password.
3. Go to Basic Info, then select Set Email.
4. Enter your personal email and verification code to complete the change.
