I will start off by mentioning my original order. It was a starter account with Eula and her 5* weapon. The order went through but unfortunately I received an email saying that specific order was already sold out. I was a bit disappointed because I really wanted to start a fresh account with Eula and her 5* weapon. Shortly after I received an email regarding how sorry they were and kind to offer a replacement account of similar value or a full refund. I did not want a refund so I asked what other options I had and if they had suggestions. I was told there were other accounts with Eula if I had another 5* character in mind. I mentioned that I would like Furina and I wouldn't mind having Jean either. They said they have an account exactly like what I described. So I was happy and satisfied with that. Until I logged into the account and found a surprise! Included was a C1 Charlotte! It may not be a big deal to most players out there but I never had a Charlotte in my other accounts..ever! So that was truly awesome!
I would like to extend my appreciation to the entire team who reached out to me and found ways to sort out the issue.
I would totally recommend this site to anyone!

I got the account, HAS Eula and a random 5* claymore like it said, but it also had an additional 5 star catalysts which came as a surprise! Can't wait to play on this account more >3
