How do I log in to my account?
- Visit outlook.office.com/mail/.
- Enter the Email and Email Password provided in your account details.
- If the account is locked, unlock it using either an alternate email address or your phone number.
- Open the game and use Email and Game Password to login.
- You’ll receive an email with the verification code. Enter it in the game to proceed.
- Once the verification is complete, log into the game and start playing!
How do I link my own email?
Linking email via in-game settings:
- Account Settings > User Centre
- Under "Email" click on Modify Link
- Follow the steps to continue linking your email.
How can I play on PS4/PS5?
You will first need to link an email to the hoyoverse account that you purchased.
Logging on to PS4/5:
- When opening Genshin Impact, choose "Login with existing account"
- Enter the email you linked and the password we provided.
- Play!
